Terms of Use

Acceptance
These Terms govern your access to and use of Decisionly — the application available at decisionly.dev and the supporting API. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at sign-up, for keeping your password confidential, and for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and let us know.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Decisionly. If you create an account on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload data you don’t have the right to process — including third-party personal data without a lawful basis.
- Upload malware, executables disguised as data, or files intended to attack our infrastructure.
- Attempt to interfere with the service’s availability, reverse-engineer the engine, or scrape it at a rate that affects other users.
- Use the service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or harass another person.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
Your content
You keep ownership of the datasets you upload and the analyses you run. You grant Decisionly a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely so we can operate the service for you — picking the right test, running it, rendering the PDF, and showing you the result.
We don’t use your dataset contents to train models or share them with anyone outside the processors listed in our Privacy Policy.
Our service
We own the Decisionly application, the engine that selects and runs tests, the report templates, and the underlying code. You may use them through the service, but they are not licensed to you for redistribution or for building a competing product.
Beta status and availability
Decisionly is currently in beta and free of charge. We work hard to keep it available, but we don’t make any uptime guarantee while we’re in beta. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time.
If we change or remove a major feature in a way that affects you, we’ll do our best to give you reasonable notice through the app or by email.
Statistical results — read this
Decisionly automates a process a statistician would otherwise do by hand. The selection rules and interpretations are written to be defensible, but they are computational outputs — not professional statistical advice. You are responsible for deciding whether the result is appropriate for your context before relying on it for a decision, publication, or regulatory submission.
If a test would be invalid given your data, the engine is designed to stop you. That doesn’t replace human review.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of statistical output, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decisionly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. While the service is free, that amount is zero.
Termination
You can stop using Decisionly at any time. Account deletion is available from your account settings — or by emailing us, and we’ll do it for you. We can suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms over time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “last updated” date and notify you through the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
